These are game stats
HP, speed and attack multiplier below come from the game’s generated Pokédex, filtered by the supported sprite metadata. They are not the main-series Pokémon battle stats. BST is retained as a reference field, not used as a damage multiplier.
Use the right unlock route
All 29 starters can be selected at the beginning. Regional gacha draws use generation and rarity. Legendary flags identify rift eligibility as well; the current gacha implementation does not exclude them. A roster listing is not proof you already own a partner.
An additional collection route
A lost-Pokémon rescue event has a 20% chance to grant its rescued partner, from eligible supported non-legendary rarity-three-or-lower, non-hover partners. It does not unlock every legendary or high-rarity species. Starters, regional gacha and this bounded rescue grant are distinct collection routes.
